FUTURES JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
The Futures Junior Development Squad is our elite youth development pathway designed to teach young athletes the fundamentals of training, movement, strength, and athletic performance.
With two structured levels—Beginner and Advanced—we cater to kids aged 6 to 16 who are ready to build confidence, learn correct technique, and get a head start on long-term athletic development.
Led by our Head Junior Development Coach, Jarrod Murray, each athlete receives hands-on coaching in proper movement mechanics, safe lifting patterns, coordination, balance, mobility, and speed development. The program focuses on injury prevention, body resilience, and developing solid athletic habits early—before poor technique becomes hard to unlearn.
Each level trains twice per week, providing consistent development while keeping sessions engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate.
BEGINNER SQUAD
Perfect for kids who have never trained before.
The Beginner Squad focuses on:

Bodyweight strength foundations
Coordination, balance, and mobility
Building confidence in the gym environment
Learning how to train properly from day one
ADVANCED SQUAD
Designed for kids who have progressed beyond the basics and are ready to take their development further.
The Advanced Squad includes:
More advanced strength and power development
Sprint mechanics, speed, and agility
Structured progression and measurable improvements
Injury-prevention strategies and load management
Higher-level movement efficiency and athletic performance.
